Kelly Christensen, President & CEO - Los Angeles
Before forming StratosAudio, Kelly spent a year and a half acting as President and Chief Operating Officer for a local software company. While there he created the initial business model including: Sales Forecasting, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, P&L, and conducted market analysis. In addition he successfully engaged in strategic alliances with market participants, structured, negotiated and coordinated the associated legal contracts with counsel for various partnerships. He also worked with retained counsel to prepare a Private Placement Memorandum, and managed the day-to-day operations of the company. The company has achieved many of the goals initially instigated and developed by Kelly.

Previous to the above, Kelly provided professional consulting services for companies such as: NMB, TRW, AT&T, the Southern California Gas Company, the Analytic Sciences Corporation and Pacific Telesis. His experience include projects such as: The Strategic Defense Initiative ballistic missile/laser tracking program, the first ISDN network in the United States (At USC for AT&T), Systems Analysis providing recommendations and improvements in data flow for a multinational organization (NMB) and providing support and solutions for both Local and Wide Area Networks and related systems for the Southern California Gas Company working directly with senior management and the Board of Directors.

Kelly has also engaged in creative arenas such as the music and film industries. Running an independent record company, KMC Records in Seattle, he produced his own records as well as other artists which charted in primary markets across the United States. In addition he has produced music videos, multimedia, and was the Executive Producer of a feature film product featuring a marketing campaign with endorsements from multi-national sponsors.

Thomas Mock, Engineering Liaison - Washington DC
Tom worked at the Consumer Electronics Association, a sector of the EIA, from 1981 until 2000 where as Director, Technology and Standards, his duties included staffing of technical committees in the areas of product safety and compliance, vehicular electronics, and liaison with other associations and consortia.

While with the CEA/EIA he was directly involved with the development of stereo broadcasting for TV for which the Association won an Emmy, initiation of the home automation program which became CEBus, introduction and standardization of the Radio Data System (RDS) in the United States, standardization of the Closed Captioning and the eXtended Data System (XDS) for TV, development of the V-Chip parental control system and, coordination of CEA Intelligent Transportation System activities with ITSA and SAE.

He also served as US delegate on several IEC committees. Tom is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the National Radio Systems Committee (NRSC), and the RDS Forum. He is also a member of Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Standards Technical Panel (STP) for UL 6500 and UL 1678.

From 1956 until 1981 he served in various engineering capacities in the Government and private sectors related to the military and Department of Defense.

John P. Hansen, Sr. VP of Product Development - Austin, Texas
John brings a wide variety of capabilities to StratosAudio including a bachelor in computer science degree, a law degree from a top 20 law school, systems engineering experience in embedded hardware and software, program management experience for successful multimillion dollar projects, technical marketing manager for a Fortune 500 company, director of marketing for a division of a Fortune 100 company and co-founder for a successful private company, all prior to coming to StratosAudio. John also was sole or co-inventor for 26 granted patents, developed and overseen production of embedded electronic products, has developed and implemented marketing, technical, strategic and public relations strategies, developed and presented technical and marketing seminars, been interviewed by hundreds of media outlets (including WSJ, NYT, Time, MSNBC), negotiated contracts and worked with thousands of customers in North America, Asia and Western Europe. John.s current role in StratosAudio utilizes all of this experience in bringing the Interactive RadioSM from concept to successful venture.

Joe Capobianco, Senior VP of Business Development - New York, NY
Joe Capobianco has been involved with communications change for over two decades, working primarily with start-ups and emerging companies. Joe was a founding executive at Music Choice (VP, Programming), a partnership of Sony, EMI, Warner Music, Microsoft, Motorola, Warner Cable, Cox and Comcast, now available in over 40 million homes, and at Sirius Satellite Radio (CD Radio), where as Executive VP/Content he designed and managed the programming operation, overseeing all music and talk channels and ad sales. He negotiated the first content agreements in the category, and worked closely with a wide range of companies throughout the music, cable, radio, Internet, sports, automotive, consumer electronics and financial industries.

Media and technology clients have included Home Box Office, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, Seiko Communications, ATC (Warner) Cable, World Space, General Instrument Corp., Greater Media, and ABC Radio.

Joe has consulted radio stations throughout the US, marketed music through direct response and QVC, and produced award-winning radio specials. He is an Adjunct Professor in the MBA/Media Management program at the School for Business, Metropolitan College of NY, and served as an advisor to New York University's Music Business program for over a decade from its inception. He holds an M.A. from Central Michigan University and a B.A. from Lehman College.

Mats Engelmark, Senior VP of Business Development, Europe & Asia - Stockholm, Sweden
Mats Englemark initiated his career with the Swedish Radio Broadcasting corporation working both in radio and TV production. He moved to the computer industry accumulating 14 years experience. A majority of that time was spent at the Digital Equipment Corporation with positions such as: European Sales Training, S/W Division Country Manager, Global Account Management handling Financial Exchanges and Sales. Later he assumed responsibility for strategic business development with a Nordic telecom operator. Recently, he served three years at the Swedish government agency ISA (Invest in Sweden Agency) with responsibilities for Foreign Direct Investments in the IT and Telecom sector. He currently serves three organizations in a Senior VP capacity with responsibility in strategic business development.

Rich Bowman, Systems Engineer - Atlanta, Georgia
Rich has a broad background working in the Internet arena. He has held senior positions providing Internet Software Design, Computer Networking, Internet Security, and Data Center operations. Prior to joining the StratosAudio team, Rich held the position of Director of Technology at QUEit Corporation. While in this role he managed a team of engineers in the design and deployment of QUEit's Internet Direct Marketing application. Before joining QUEit, Rich held the position of Senior Manager of Production Services at iXL. He lead a team of engineers in designing, implementing, and supporting iXL.s worldwide WAN/LAN, Security, Microsoft Exchange network, Communications(PBX, Cellular), and corporate applications.

Thomas Smyth, Content Relations - Los Angeles
Tom has been involved in the Audio/Video industry for 20 years. With a musical and science background, he began his technical education and experience in the recording industry as a mixing engineer, also working with technical layout and function. He has also been involved in a number of studio installations acting as a technical consultant for artists such as: Brian & Carl Wilson of the Beachboys, Karla Bonoff, Robert Lamb of Chicago and Jerry Beckly of America.

Tom has been involved in projects for Television as a sound editor for clients such as: Sony, Warner Bros., DIC, Graz Entertainment, MCA/Universal, Brasher Films and Disney. Projects include TV shows such as: Early Edition, Party of Five, Third Rock, the Drew Carey Show, Cybill, Veronica's Closet, Walker Texas Ranger and Lois & Clark.

Arthur Zwickel, Acting CFO and VP Business Affairs - Los Angeles
Art is an experienced corporate finance professional, having a background in both public accounting and corporate and securities law. As a senior associate in the Corporate finance Group of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, Art represented clients in a wide variety of corporate finance transactions, including venture capital investments, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, initial and secondary public offerings, debt restructurings, asset securitizations, high yield debt offerings, and private placements of equity and debt securities. Prior to joining PHJ&W, Art spent four years in the audit department of a large, national public accounting firm, where he planned, supervised and conducted multiple audit, accounting and management advisory engagements for private and public companies in various industries. As a founding general partner of Technology Venture Group, Art also served as a strategic consultant to several startup and emerging growth companies, including ARTISTdirect, Inc. and American Digital Network. Art holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Art serves on our corporate board and has been offered a full-time position in StratosAudio upon receipt of material funding.
